Since the time of seizure in November 2016, limited service has been performed on the aircraft to maintain operability. Engines have been started and run up to 80%. Aircraft has been taxi tested. Fluids and air pressures maintained. This may or may not be in line with aircraft or aircraft component manufacturers requirements for serviceability. Bid accordingly.

Round 1:
- This is a “Private Written-Offer”. All offers are to be submitted on the Written Offer Sheet and must be submitted by Monday, March 6, 2017 by 2pm ET.
- Offers submitted after this time will not be considered. The top three offerors will be able to submit a “Best And Final” offer to determine the highest offer.
- The top three offerors will be notified by the close of business ET, March 6, 2017.
Round 2:
- “Best And Final Offers” will be received by the top three offerors from Round 1 and must be received by 12:00pm ET, Tuesday, March 7, 2017. The Highest Offeror from Round 2 will be notified by close of business the day of offer submission. The Highest offer will be submitted to the IRS-CI for approval. All written-offers are subject to acceptance by the government. The Highest Offeror will be notified of offer approval within 72 hours of offer due date.
The only preview is Wednesday, March 1, 2017, 9am – 4pm (local time). No other access to the property will be allowed. Log Books will be available at the preview.
