| Deposit: |
Purchases of $5000 or more will require a $5000 deposit immediately. Purchases under $5000 will require a $1000 deposit immediately. Purchases less than $1000 will require full payment immediately. Each lot is considered a purchase. Deposits day of the sale can be either cash or bank check (make bank checks payable to either yourself or "Defense Support Services, LLC") |
| Payment: |
Payment day of sale will be taken until 2:00 PM via Bank Check or Cash. Payments after 2:00 pm will not be accepted. |
| Final Payment: |
February 1, 2010 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Bank Check only, no cash. Note: Bank Checks with authorizing signatures are accepted day of the sale and for final payment. Checks must be made payable to either yourself or "Defense Support Services, LLC" |
| Release: |
Release of vehicles will be until 4:00 pm day of the sale. Release of vehicles on February 1, 2010, will be from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Vessels have to be removed by appointment and is the responsibility of the buyer. |

| Car VIN Numbers: |
VIN numbers are no longer available on the website, to receive a list of VIN numbers for the upcoming cars for auction, you may call 732-613-8078 and leave your name and a fax number. If you do not have a fax, please leave your mailing address and we will send it to you. |
| Notice of Recall Tires: |
Some cars may have recall tires and have been marked as such, the buyer will have to sign a release. |
| Car Registration: |
All cars that are to be registered in New Jersey, must be registered in Trenton, NJ DMV. Cars marked with a Salvage/Flood Title may require additional paperwork from DMV. This paperwork and any fees that apply are the responsibility of the buyer.

| Special Notice |
No pets allowed at the auction or preview. The viewing area and auction area are no smoking and no eating areas.

| Directions: |
From the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 18: New Jersey Turnpike go to exit 9 and get on Route 18 south. Go on RT 18 for approx. 1.2 miles to Tices Lane. Turn right (west) onto Tices Lane and to about a mile to Elkins Road and turn left. Go to the end of Elkins Road and turn left onto Cotters Lane. Take Cotters Lane for 1/4 mile and look for #40A Cotters Lane on the right side. |
