Directions: From Wasilla take AK-3 N/Interstate A-4 W approx 10 miles. Turn Left at Big Lake Rd and travel 3.3 miles. Turn Right toward Beaver Lake Rd. Slight Left at Beaver Lake Rd. Notice to Buyers
The accessory building (duplex) has a setback encroachment on the frontage road right of way. This means the building needs to be moved about 12 feet to be in compliance. A variance was filed and denied.

Terms
Earnest Money Deposit: The contracts to be used will be furnished by URS. All offers must have an Earnest Money Deposit of $15,000.00 in cashiers check made payable to URS and be submitted with the written offer. Upon Sellers acceptance of the offer, the Buyer will be required to raise the Earnest Money Deposit to equal ten percent (10%) of the purchase price less the initial Deposit within three business days by bank wire, or cashiers check made payable to URS.
