Deposit:	A $100 refundable deposit in the form of cash, cashiers check made payable to CWS Marketing Group or credit card authorization will be required to receive a bidder's number.
Final Payment:	Immediately upon completion of sale.
Removal:	All items must be paid in full and removed the day of the sale. Balance of the purchase price must be paid for in full by the close of business on sale day in the form of cash, cashier's check or credit card.
Buyer's Premium:	15% Buyer's Premium. Note: This is the percentage fee buyer pays in addition to the bid price.
