Complete the Bid Deposit Form with bid deposit of $1,000 in the form of a cashier’s check payable to CWS Marketing Group. Deposit is due by January 5, 2021 at 5PM ET.

The annual allotment of vacation club points are not limited to specific dates or locations. - The 2021 Maintenance Fee is $2,351.12
- Marriott Vacation Club Destinations Initiation Fee is required in the amount of $10,500.00 to complete the transfer
- An Education Fee of $300 is required to be paid by the new owner
- Marriott Vacation Club Destinations has a Right-of-First-Refusal at the sale price
