An email confirmation with your deposit receipt will be sent to you. On the day of the auction, please follow the signs to the express window for those who are pre-registered. You will need to present your photo ID to receive your paddle.
Upon completion of your day at the auction:
- If you do not win any items – no action is necessary. Your bid deposit will be voided at the end of the day.
- If you do win items – please proceed to the cashiering windows at the front of the facility to make payment.

A $100 refundable deposit in the form of cash, cashiers check made payable to CWS Marketing Group or credit card authorization will be required to receive a bidder’s number.

All items must be paid in full and removed the day of the sale. Balance of the purchase price must be paid for in full by the close of business on sale day in the form of cash, cashier’s check or credit card.
15% Buyer’s Premium. Note: This is the percentage fee buyer pays in addition to the bid price.

From Los Angeles (31 Minutes): Take the 60 Fwy east to the Azusa Ave exit and turn left onto S Azusa. Turn left onto E Gale Ave. Turn right at Bixby Dr. and continue to Chestnut. The auction is located at the corner of Bixby Dr. and Chestnut.
From Orange County/Santa Ana Airport (37 minutes): Take the 405 Fwy north to the 55 Fwy north to the 5 Fwy north to the 57 Fwy north to the 60 Fwy west. Take the Azusa Ave exit and turn left onto S Azusa. Turn left onto E Gale Ave. Turn right at Bixby Dr. and continue to Chestnut. The auction is located at the corner of Bixby Dr. and Chestnut.
From Ontario International Airport (Riverside / San Bernadino Area) (30 minutes): Take the 10 Fwy west to the 57 Fwy south to the 60 Fwy west. Take the Azusa Ave exit and turn left onto S Azusa. Turn left onto E Gale Ave. Turn right at Bixby Dr. and continue to Chestnut. The auction is located at the corner of Bixby Dr. and Chestnut.
