Bid Online Simulcast:
- Step #1 – Submit Simulcast Registration Form: Submit the Simulcast Registration Form, which includes the $500 refundable credit card bid deposit and photo ID.

- Step #3 – Register To Bid:Click on REGISTER TO BID next to the specific auction you are interested in.
- Step #4 – Registration Approval:Please allow up to 24 hours from the completion of Steps #1-#3 for bidding approval.
- After completing all registration steps you will see “REGISTRATION PENDING” until you have been approved. If after 24 hours your account still shows as pending, please check that step “#2 Submit Photo ID” has been completed.

- Early Registration: Fill out the online Early Registration & Bid Deposit Form before attending the auction to avoid wait time on auction day. This is for those bidders who will be attending the auction in person.
- OR – Day of Sale Registration: Submit Registration Form at the auction facility the day of sale beginning at 7:30am. Photo ID and $100 deposit required.

A $100 refundable deposit in the form of cash, cashiers check made payable to CWS Marketing Group or credit card authorization will be required to receive a bidder’s number.

All items must be paid in full and removed the day of the sale. Balance of the purchase price must be paid for in full by the close of business on sale day in the form of cash, cashier’s check or credit card.

From Orange County/Santa Ana Airport (37 minutes): Take the 405 Fwy north to the 55 Fwy north to the 5 Fwy north to the 57 Fwy north to the 60 Fwy west.
