Bid Live-In-Person:
- Registration is the day of sale only beginning at 8:00am.
Bid Online Simulcast:
- Registration for Simulcast Bidding ends Thursday, September 12 at 2:00pm Pacific Time.
- Step #1 – New Bidders: New bidders please REGISTER HERE to create an account*.
- Step #2 – Register To Bid: Click on REGISTER TO BID next to the specific auction you are interested in.
- Step #3 – Simulcast Registration Form: After completing Steps #1 & #2 you will see on your account, “REGISTRATION PENDING” until the completion of Step #3 and you have been approved to bid. Complete the Simulcast Registration Form with bid deposit of $500 by credit card. This is an authorization only. It places a hold on your line of credit. The amount is captured only if the bidder is successful. For unsuccessful bidders the transaction is voided. For each auction, bidders must upload a copy of their Government-issued PHOTO ID (i.e. driver’s license, passport…) via the online bid deposit form.
- Step #4 – Registration Approval: Please allow up to 24 hours from the completion of Steps #1-#3 for bidding approval. An auction link to access the simulcast bidding will be emailed to you.

It’s the Buyer’s responsibility to understand & comply with the complete Terms & Conditions of the sale.
A $100 refundable deposit in the form of cash, cashiers check made payable to CWS Marketing Group or credit card authorization will be required to receive a bidder’s number.
Final payment must be made by 2:00pm the day of the sale for all lots. NO EXTENSIONS FOR FINAL PAYMENT.
Removal is on the day of the sale until 2:00pm, and Monday and Tuesday, September 16 & 17, 8am-12noon, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Property must be paid in full before removal. There is no partial release of any lots. A Paid Invoice is required for removal and will be provided to the high bidder upon payment in full. Removal is at the expense, liability, and risk of the buyer.
Removal is in person only on the removal days and times above. CWS will not ship any lots. However, Buyer may have a shipping company or agent pick-up and ship items during the normal removal period, and according to the terms below. From Orange County/Santa Ana Airport (37 minutes): Take the 405 Fwy north to the 55 Fwy north to the 5 Fwy north to the 57 Fwy north to the 60 Fwy west. Take the Azusa Ave exit and turn left onto S Azusa. Turn left onto E Gale Ave. Turn right at Bixby Dr. and continue to Chestnut. The auction is located at the corner of Bixby Dr. and Chestnut.
From Ontario International Airport (Riverside / San Bernadino Area) (30 minutes): Take the 10 Fwy west to the 57 Fwy south to the 60 Fwy west. Take the Azusa Ave exit and turn left onto S Azusa.
